The rooms at the St Leonards Guest House are bright and the breakfasts are sensational. the staff is super friendly and excellent. the beds are very comfortable, and there is also a sitting area, ironing facilities, and an iPod dock in the room.

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our excellent stay. We got a room with a bath. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from a wooded coastal ravine. We found it in a nice area next to other attractions, Shanklin Chine which was gorgeous and the sea front: D

The guest house had a great and unbeatable location near the ferry terminal. It was just a short 4-6 minutes' walk from Shanklin seafront. - It was conveniently situated near Shanklin Chine, which was beautiful. - Guests could easily access the beach, town center, seafront, and old village from the guest house.

My room had a comfy bed, they provided coffee and tea, and even had a lovely balcony which was a nice touch! the staff, including the owner, were very friendly. 😊

The attention to detail was exceptional, with Pat giving me a weather forecast each day so I could plan my activities. The room I stayed in was spacious, newly decorated, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like having a clothes brush and shoe shine available in the room. The location was perfect, and I had a great time exploring the area. The breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The owners, Christine and David, were incredibly helpful in providing local information and recommendations for things to do. Their warm and wonderful treatment made my trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend the St. Leonards Guest House for its attentive and accommodating service, comfortable rooms, and delightful owners.
